THE Christmas Day Swim has been a long held tradition in Limerick for many years and 2022 was no different.
While a Status Yellow ice warning has been issued for St Stephen's Day, the weather on Christmas morning was a bit milder for the brave souls who entered the water at Curraghgour Boat Club in Limerick city.
