Revving up for Saturday's tractor run in Scoil Pol, Kilfinane I PICTURE: Ita West
SCOIL Pol staff and students plans to drive on fundraising for their multi-purpose area with a festive tractor run this weekend.
Owners of tractors, trucks and vintage machinery can register from 4.30pm this Saturday, December 17 at the Kilfinane school.
It is planned that the convoy will depart for the surrounding countryside after 5pm.
Tea, coffee and refreshments will be served as the community comes together to support a facility that will positively impact generations of students.
There will be prizes for the best decorated vehicle so everybody is encouraged to dust off the fairy lights and wear Santa hats and Christmas jumpers.
The entry fee is €25 with all proceeds going towards their multi-purpose arena.
