Burst water main affects Limerick households

Water disruption in parts of Dundalk this Thursday

Water disruption in parts of Corbally this Sunday

IRISH water reports that repairs to a burst water main may cause supply disruptions to Shannon Drive, Corbally and surrounding areas on the city outskirts this Sunday.

Works are scheduled to take place until 2pm this Sunday, December 11.

Irish Water doesn't specify if the burst water main in Corbally is as a result of the freezing overnight temperatures.

"We recommend that you allow two to three hours after the estimated restoration time for your supply to fully return," said an Irish Water spokesperson.
