The Placemaking and Public Realms survey is online now
LIMERICK City and County Council (LCCC) are looking to hear from members of the public to gather views on how the people of Limerick experience their public realm.
LCCC’s Place-Making and Public Realm team have appointed consultants to begin a Public Realm Strategy for Limerick City.
The Limerick Public Realm Strategy will explore the current condition of central Limerick's townscape, and network of public and green spaces to set out a vision and strategy for improvements to guide investment and development in the future.
The Place-Making and Public Realm team have compiled a public survey for members of the public to have their say on how they experience the spaces and streets of Limerick.

The survey responses and findings will focus the direction of the Public Realm Strategy currently being prepared for Limerick city, and take on board the experiences, challenges and ideas of the people of Limerick.
The survey will run until January 12, 2023.
Alongside the survey, there will be four rounds of public engagement, to correspond with each stage of the strategy.
These will be in-person events held in various places across the City Centre and details will be published online closer to the time.
