Limerick pupils celebrate Science Week - thanks to Mary Immaculate College

PUPILS at St Anne's Primary School in Rathkeale have been embracing Science Week with the support of Mary Immaculate College.

To mark the annual event, a number of workshops in schools were organised by the STEM department at MIC.

Running every year since 1995, Science Week is supported by Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) and aims to promote the benefits of learning about science.

A variety of events have been taking place across Limerick since Monday including at St Anne's Primary School.
