Weather forecast for bank holiday weekend in Limerick

THERE IS some good news for people attending Riverfest and the Great Limerick Run, as Met Eireann is predicting no rainfall over the course of the May Bank Holiday weekend. 

According to Met Eireann’s weather forecast, we will be expecting sunny, clear skies across the city and county for the entire day, with maximum temperatures reaching up to 14 degrees. 

As athletes get set for the Great Limerick Run on Sunday morning, there will be clear, sunny skies with temperatures ranging between seven and nine degrees. 

It will become partly cloudy with sun later in the evening, with temperatures reaching up to 13 degrees. 

Monday will be cloudy with max temperatures reaching 12 degrees.
