LIMERICK Animal Welfare has taken eight kittens into its care after they were left in a plastic bag outside a church in Limerick city this week.
In a post on social media this Monday, Law described the individual who did this as “a heartless person”.
“A passerby heard the kittens crying and brought the bag of kittens to our shop in Parnell Street. The kittens are now under the care of the cat unit at the sanctuary in Kilfinane. These kittens need to be bottle fed, vaccinated and wormed.”
Law has appealed for the public to donate towards the kittens’ care. As of this Tuesday morning, more than €500 has been raised.
