GARDAI are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist suffered "serious injuries" after colliding with a tractor in County Limerick this Thursday evening.
The road traffic incident occurred outside Kilmallock on the Kilmallock-Charleville Road at around 5pm.
Gardai have told the Limerick Leader that the motorcyclist, 30s, was "seriously injured" when his bike collided with a tractor.
It is understood the man was taken to University Hospital Limerick via helicopter shortly after the incident.
The male driver of the tractor, who is in his late teens, was uninjured, gardai said.
The road is currently closed at this time for garda forensic collision investigators to examine the scene.
