THE WEEKEND has just gotten a little bit sweeter for one lucky prize bond winner in Limerick, who has scooped a star prize worth €50,000.
The holder of prize bond number QA407885 has won a weekly Star Prize worth €50,000 for a bond purchased in 2011.
The winning bond is currently held in County Limerick.
In addition to a €1 million prize awarded on the last weekly draw of June and December, there are weekly prize bond draws where the top prize is €50,000.
Other cash prizes awarded each week include ten draws worth €1,000 and ten worth €500.
There were over 4,500 prizes awarded in this week’s Prize Bond Draw, amounting to over €290,000.
