THE organisers of a major Limerick fashion show have their hearts in the right place as they hope to raise funds for a cardiology department.

The Hilary Thompson Agency has announced details of their forthcoming fashion show and luncheon in aid of the Munster Heart Foundation.

It will take place on Friday, February 15 in The Savoy Hotel.

Professor Tom Kiernan and Dr Samer Arnous set up the Munster Heart Foundation in 2015.

The purpose of this charity is to raise funds to assist with the establishment and provision of defibrillators that first responders would be supplied with, especially in rural locations with training provided.

Compere for the fashion show is RTE’s Will Leahy.

Tickets are priced at €100 per person which includes a bubbly reception, entry in a draw for a fabulous piece of jewellery from Keanes Jewellers, four course lunch including wine with great entertainment.

Models will be from the Hilary Thompson Agency, hair and make up will be by Park Avenue while live entertainment will be provided by Liam O’Brien. There will also spot prizes.

Tickets available from The Savoy hotel and www.eventbrite.ie.
