GARDAI at Henry Street in Limerick are investigating the theft of two power washers from a parked van.

The power-washers, both Honda 390 make, were taken from the vehicle which was parked overnight last Wednesday night, Ma7 2, into the early hours of Thursday, May 3.

Investigating gardai are appealing to anybody who has information about the theft or the location of the property to contact them.

“We are also appealing to anyone who may be offered this property for sale to please contact us,” added a garda spokesperson.

Meanwhile, information is being sought after a wallet was stolen after it was left on the front seat of a parked car.

According to gardai the owner, who had parked in the city centre, had also left the passenger window of his car open.

In a similar incident an old mobile phone which was left in a parked car was stolen by a thief who smashed a window to gain access to the vehicle.
