LIMERICK gardai have warned that rules about parking in disabled bays “apply to two wheels as well” after moped user was fined for parking illegally.

Gardai tweeted on the @GardaTraffic account: “Limerick Roads Policing: ‘The disabled parking bay apply to the two wheels as well!’”

“FCPS issued to this m/cycle which was parked across a disabled bay on O’Connell St in Limerick,” added gardai.
