CHARGES brought against a Limerick city woman who was accused of threatening to kill another woman in a village in County Limerick more than six years ago have been withdrawn by the State.

Annabel Dundon, aged 27, who has an address at Hyde Road, Ballinacurra Weston had been charged with making the threat against a mother-of-three on April 9, 2011 outside a house in Murroe.

After being informed Ms Dundon is currently living outside the jurisdiction, the judge granted an application to cancel a bench warrant for her arrest.
