GARDAI in Limerick have stopped and fined a motorist who had five passengers on board – including one “hidden in the boot”.
Gardai said the driver was stopped on the Dock Road for “transporting 5 passengers”.
The driver of the car was given an on the spot fine by gardai. It is understood that there was a number of students in the car.
In a tweet from @GardaTraffic, Gardai wondered: “Maybe they were making a trunk call’ !!”.
