RESIDENTS and businesses across Limerick city are being urged to have their say on the future of waste management, with just a number of days left to take part in the Residential Waste Management Survey.
Limerick City and County Council appointed Meehan Green Consultants to carry out a feasibility study aimed at developing a more efficient, modern and sustainable waste management system for the city.
The study, launched in early December, is examining how waste and recycling services currently operate, identifying challenges in the system and exploring opportunities to improve environmental performance and customer experience.
The online survey forms a key part of this public consultation, giving households and businesses the opportunity to share their experiences and highlight what is working well, as well as where improvements could be made.
