Missing Limerick woman found 'safe and well' gardaí confirm

GARDAI have located missing Limerick-based woman Ann Gallagher.

The 41-year-old who had been missing from Dooradoyle since Sunday, September 1, has been found.

A garda spokesperson confirmed the news in a statement which read: "Ann Gallagher, 41 years, who had been missing from Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick since Sunday 1st September, has been located.

"We would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance."

Limerick gardaí previously said that they and Ms Gallagher’s family were "concerned for her wellbeing".
