Limerick assault left man with facial injuries

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward

GARDAÍ are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Limerick, after a man was taken to hospital with facial injuries. 

The incident happened on Wednesday, May 1, at 5.20pm and the man in his early thirties was taken to University Hospital Limerick with his injuries.

It happened on Sycamore Avenue in Rathbane. 

Gardaí are asking any witnesses or motorists with dashcam footage to contact them in Roxboro garda station on 061 214340.
