AN EXCITING Arts Festival is returning to Limerick for its second year.
Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board’s College of Further Education and Training, Mulgrave Street Campus has announced the programme for its upcoming festival.
This year’s expanded programme will feature exciting collaborations with prominent cultural venues.
Taking place over two days on Tuesday, April 23 and Wednesday, April 24, the festival will feature a diverse range of events showcasing the talents of its Visual Art, Photography, Creative Media, Theatre, and Music learners.
Speaking about the upcoming two-day event, festival organiser Jayne Foley said: “We are thrilled to return for our second year, bringing our festival into new locations.
“It's an incredible opportunity to showcase the diverse and creative talents of our learners and it is wonderful to celebrate all their hard work from the past year.”
Some of the highlights of the festival include new short film premieres and acting performances at the Belltable.
There will be an evening of musical treats at the Belltable as Music Technology learners showcase their skills and talents.

The festival will culminate with a fashion show at the Hunt Museum, where the work of the Fashion Department learners will take centre stage.
The show will feature an array of stunning designs and innovative creations, complimented by hairstyling from talented Hair Department learners.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore Visual Art and Photography Exhibitions, including Brandon Hanley’s Anthems of
Angels photography exhibition as well as Visual Art and Creative Media learner exhibitions at Gardens International on Henry Street.
