LIMERICK people are being encouraged to donate blood at upcoming clinics this week.
The first will be held at the Limerick Greyhound Stadium on the Dock Road on Wednesday, April 3 from 4:20pm to 7:40pm.
The second will be held at the Crescent Shopping Centre on Sunday, April 7 from 11:50am to 3:10pm.
Irish hospital demand for blood products is up 6% compared to the corresponding period last year.
These event are crucial in replenishing the local blood supply and supporting those in need.
