THE multi-award-winning Limerick Musical Society proudly presents Oliver in the Lime Tree Theatre on Thursday, Friday 11, Friday 12 and Saturday 13 April.
Oliver! is considered one of the crowning achievements of the golden age of musical theatre.
This revamped version of Lionel Bart’s musical adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic novel tells the story of a young orphan who escapes the workhouse, thus beginning his whirlwind adventures in search of love and a place to call home.
The musical was recently launched at Souths Bar.
