AN ARRAY of Limerick artists will celebrate International Women’s Day together on stage.

Five female artists will grace the stage in Dolan’s this Friday, March 8 with a celebration through song for International Women’s Day.

The night will take the shape of a ‘songwriters in the round’ gig with artists sharing a collection of original songs and choice on-theme covers.

The evening will showcase some of Limerick’s finest talent, with performances from Emma Langford, JaYne, Annie Cheevers, Lúila (Gillian Eglestone) as well as a visiting Dublin artist Jennifer McMahon, the founder of Irish Women in Jazz.

Female-centric visual art from local artists will also be on display in Dolan’s.

The doors will be open at 8pm. Tickets are priced at €13,50 and are available on Dolans.ie
