THE world's only LGBTQ+ matchmaking festival took place in Clare last weekend.
The Outing Festival was a totally new concept in 2012 and created by the Queen of matchmaking Eddie McGuinness.
The festival is an addition to the popular and long-running Traditional Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival which has been around for more than 170 years.
The Outing Festival will move to a new date in the LGBTQ+ calendar in 2025, to Valentine's weekend, February 14 to 16 at The Inn at Dromoland.
