Moncrieff to play in Limerick castle as part of 'selfcare' tour

MONCRIEFF will perform in Limerick as part of his upcoming tour - and tickets are to go on sale this week.

The singer-songwriter will perform in King John's Castle on Sunday, May 5 as part of his upcoming tour, selfcare.

Announcing the news, Mick Dolan said: "We are delighted to announce that Moncrieff will be back in Limerick after his sell out show at Live at the Big Top this December. His December show sold out in a few hours so early booking is advised."

Moncrieff is currently on a sell-out European headline winter tour.

The winner of this year’s RTÉ Choice Music “Irish Song of the Year” Award,  Moncrieff is set to play headline shows in Limerick, Dublin and London.

Having just won the RTÉ Choice Music Prize for “Irish Song of the Year” 2022 (for last year’s smash single “Warm”) earlier this year, Moncrieff has obviously been busy in the studio, finishing off new EP “selfcare,” a collection of nice (9) new song.

Moncrieff also announced his debut album is ready having recently been recorded between Grouse Lodge and London

A couple of EPs into his career, Moncrieff obviously knows how to build soaring hooks, how. to juxtapose calm verses and hugely explosive choruses as was evident in his 2023 hit.

Tickets will be on sale this Thursday, December 7 at 10am from dolans.ie
