Former Manchester United soccer stars Lee Sharpe and Andy Cole will be in Limerick next year
MANCHESTER UNITED soccer legends Andy Cole and Lee Sharpe have announced an evening of football chat and entertainment in Dolan's Warehouse on Friday, March 22, 2024.
The soccer legends will discuss the iconic Manchester United Team of the 90’s, in particular Lee’s recollections of a certain Roy Keane’s arrival to Manchester and other dressing room tales from the Sir Alex Ferguson era.
The evening will be hosted by Manchester born Ashley Crowe and will include Q&A from both host and audience, and the chance for sports fans to meet the former Red Devils.
Andy Cole made more than 275 appearances and is one of British football’s most prolific goal scorers. He won 5 Premier League titles, 3 FA Cups and 1 Champions league making history as part of Manchester United’s iconic Treble Winning 99 Team.
Lee Sharpe made over 280 appearances for Manchester United winning 3 Premier League titles, 3 FA Cups and 1 European Cup Winners Cup. Following a spells at Leeds United and Sampdoria, he is now a Professional Golfer.
The Limerick date will be one of two Munster dates with the second evening taking place in Cyprus Avenue in Cork.
Tickets for the event go on sale Friday, December 1 at 9am from Dolan's website.
