Limerick shop named the best Centra in Ireland

CENTRA’s national awards ceremony, the Pride of Centra Awards, gave the title of best store in Ireland to Lee’s Centra, Pallasgreen.

Garvey’s Centra Adare and Sheehy’s Centra, Kilfinane also scooped awards at the ceremony which took place in the Mansion House in Dublin on Wednesday November 8.

Lee’s Centra in Pallasgreen was awarded Overall Store of the Year 2023. The award, which is sponsored by Three Ireland, sees Centra stores nationwide assessed on quality, range, customer service, sustainability, and local community contribution.

Environmental roadshow leaves a lasting impact on Limerick students

Mary Mulhivill of Sheehy’s Centra, Kilfinane was awarded the Employee of the Year accolade which recognises employees that work for the better of their team, customers and store and who aim for the highest standard at all times.

Garvey’s Centra in Adare was named the Store of the Year in the neighbourhood contribution category.

Commenting on the award ceremony, Ian Allen, managing director of Centra said: “Congratulations to the three stores in Limerick for winning these prestigious awards; these wins are a testament to the exceptional standards, commitment and service they offer on a daily basis.”
