Limerick Lotto player half a million richer from Quick Pick

ONE LUCKY Limerick lottery player has scooped the biggest EuroMillions Plus jackpot in Ireland last night to date this year, winning €500k.

The Lotto player purchased a Quick Pick ticket at the Daybreak, Elm Court service station in Ballyneety, Co Limerick.

The winning numbers were 17, 21, 28, 29 and 42. The Limerick winner, who now has a ticket worth €500,000, is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe.

Shop owner Aideen Fitzpatrick was 'over the moon' when she heard the news: "We are all delighted in the shop as this is the biggest win we have ever had - it is wonderful news.

"We have a team of ten here and we have all been saying how brilliant this is for the community. There is sure to be big excitement as word spreads. We have a real mix of local and passing trade so the winner could be any where really. We wish the winner all the very best with their huge win,” she said.

The mystery winner should contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their top prize amount.
