The Drennan family would be grateful if people express messages of condolence for their beloved Joe
THE HEARTBROKEN Drennan family have thanked people for their support following the death of their beloved Joe in a hit-and-run in Limerick.
The message was included in the death notice of Joe Drennan, aged 21, of Knocknagad, Mountrath. He died following a road traffic collision on the Dublin Road, Castletroy on Friday night as he waited for a bus following work.
"The Drennan family would like to thank you for your support and co-operation and would be grateful if you would express your messages of condolence on the link below," reads the notice.

Joe will repose at his home in Knocknagad (R32XE29) on Monday and Tuesday evenings from 5pm, concluding with Rosary at 8pm on each evening. It is requested that it is family time only on Wednesday.
Removal on Wednesday afternoon to St Fergal’s Church, Camross (R32VY79) for Requiem Mass at 3pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Joe, a beloved son of Tim and Marguerite, and much-loved brother to his adoring sisters Sarah, Ava and Marie, brother to Richard, John and Kieran, uncle to Ben and Evie.
He will be sadly missed by his nannie Vera Bennett, and all his wonderful aunts, uncles and cousins, and Joe’s very wide circle of friends.
May he rest in peace.
