THERE was celebrations aplenty in Croagh/Kilfinny as a number of children brought home silverware from the Community Games Arts National Finals.
Children took part in various events including the long puck, art, singing and draughts at the national finals in Carlow.
The Under 10 draughts team won a gold medal in the competition much to the delight of their supporters who had travelled from Limerick.
The celebrations continued when the team returned home on Sunday afternoon to a community celebration.
