In Pictures: Limerick community turns into a sea of red for memorial run

A LIMERICK town was a sea of red for the Eamon Butler memorial fun run.

Hundreds of people came out in Bruff to take part in the event in memory of the community man who passed away in February 2023.

Eamon was Chairperson of Bruff Camogie Club and was heavily involved in Bruff GAA over the years – and was part of the management of the U19 team who won the county final in 2022.

50% of the funds raised went to Milford Hospice who cared so well for Eamon and the remaining 50% will be split equally between Bruff GAA and Bruff Camogie.
