WATER outages are to be expected in Limerick city residential areas for planned maintenance works.
Residents of the Moyross Road, Cliona Park, College Avenue and surrounding areas of the city are being advised that there may be a water outage on Friday, August 11 from 10am until 3pm.
The works may cause traffic disruptions, with Limerick City and County Council announcing that a traffic management plan will be in place.
The Uisce Éireann warning also advises people that it may take ‘two or three hours’ after the estimated restoration time for ‘supply to fully return’.
