Man in hospital after road collision in Limerick

A MAN has been taken to hospital following a collision which occurred in Limerick this afternoon.

Gardai and the ambulance services are currently at the scene of the two-vehicle incident in Childers Road.

It took place at approximately 2:35 this afternoon.

The man's injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, and no other injuries have been reported at this time.

It led to queues along the stretch of the road which passes Limerick One Shopping Centre.
