A CHINESE restaurant in a village in County Limerick is set to go under the hammer in an online auction later this month.
The Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant is situated in the ground floor of a two-storey, end-of-terrace, mixed-use property at Main Street, Hospital.
According to Youbid, which will run the online auction, there is a yard to the rear of the property, which can be accessed via the ground floor unit as well as from the street.
Upstairs, there is a three-bed apartment with kitchen and shower room with WC.
The apartment is currently occupied by tenants and the current monthly rent for the entire property is €1,800.
The restaurant is one of ten lots from five counties which will go under the hammer via youbid.ie on July 27.
