LIMERICK had plenty of reasons to sing and celebrate this weekend as thousands of fans made their way to Thomond Park for the last of Dermot Kennedy's record-breaking shows.
The Giants singer played three gigs in Limerick last weekend with over 30,000 people attending each show with their finest voices.
Following his third gig, Dermot posted on Instagram thanking all the fans who came to support him saying: "That’s a wrap!!!
"90,000 people in here over the last three days. The first artist ever to sell out three nights at Thomond Park.
"Thank you for breaking that record!!! What a beautiful feeling these last few days have been!! Thank you thank you thank you".
Brendan Gleeson was out and about before the gig on Sunday snapping pictures of fans as they made their way into the show.
