Staff at Ryan’s Supervalu on Sarsfield Street in Killmallock, Co. Limerick were thrilled to hear that their store sold the winning €1 million ticket in Friday’s 9pm Daily Million draw.
THE LATEST lottery millionaire has come forward, with the winning ticket being sold in a Limerick store.
The National Lottery has revealed that Ryan’s Supervalu, Sarsfield Street, Kilmallock sold the winning €1m prize, marking the sixth Daily Million win this year so far.
Store Manager Gareth Davies expressed the excitement of the news that one of his customers had a life-changing start to their weekend, saying: “What a way to spend a Friday night – becoming a millionaire!
“We’re a busy shop in town, with about 60 of us working here, so it’s a great boost for us all and we have lots of regular locals who come into us, so I’m sure they’ll be delighted to hear we sold a winner, as it’s positive news for the community.”
The National Lottery has confirmed that the latest Daily Million millionaire has made contact and arrangements are now being made for them to claim their prize. The winning ticket was claimed from Friday's 9pm Daily Million draw.
