LIMERICK influencer Louise Cooney has shared the good news that she and boyfriend Mark Sweeney are expecting their first child.

Louise, aged 30, from Dooradoyle, is positively glowing in a photo of the happy couple this Sunday.

"We’ve never known this much happiness and excitement," wrote Louise on her Twitter and Instagram pages.

The good news has been well received among her massive social media following of over 200,000.

Greg O'Shea, Celia Holman Lee, Niamh de Brún, Leanne Moore, Shauna Lindsay and Louise Cantillon were quick to congratulate one of their own.

Life is going to get even more hectic for one of Ireland’s top influencers and fast becoming an established businesswoman.

Louise told Limerick Live's Meghann Scully in March that when she isn’t the face of social media campaigns, she is developing her activewear line.

While she admits she is busy and learning to juggle it all, Louise added that she is “managing a whole lot of different things” and “trying to find a balance”. 

Louise spoke to Meghann at an event to celebrate International Women’s Day and to help raise money for the Children's Grief Centre.
