THE Strand Hotel in Limerick city was the venue for the first Mid-West Tourism Ball in four four years.
The fundraising ball, which took place on Monday night, had not taken place since 2019, due to Covid-19 so it was an extra special evening for all attendees from across the region.
Prior to Covid, the Mid-West branch of the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) had hosted the Gala Dinner since 2013 with the key aim of raising funds for local tourism initiatives in the region.
The ball took place in the magnificent Shannon Suite with over 400 guests enjoying the fun-filled evening with MC extraordinaire James Sexton.
