Stryker staff during the cheque presentation to Milford
STRYKER and staff at its Limerick facility have been supporting Milford Care Centre since 1991.
The fundraising efforts, either from salary deductions or numerous fundraising activities, has been truly remarkable, with more than €600,000 donated to date.
“The ongoing support from everyone at Stryker makes a significant difference and a positive impact on the care provided by staff in Milford Care Centre. With the support of Stryker, the donations have been received to assist Milford Care Centre in the ongoing provision of Specialist Palliative Care services in the Mid-West region,” said John Duggan of Milford Care Centre.
Mr Duggan made his comments following the presentation of the latest donation to the charity.
“Milford Hospice thanks Stryker for their generous contributions to date, and Milford is honoured to be chosen as the charity of choice by Stryker employees,” he said.
