Heavy traffic as Limerick road reopens following incident

A BUSY LIMERICK road has reopened following a collision earlier on Wednesday.
The M20 was closed between Junction 4 and Junction 5 Ballybronoge as emergency services dealt with the incident.
Five vehicles from Limerick City Fire Service arrived at the scene at 1pm.
The road was closed southbound for nearly two hours with fire crews returning to base at 3pm.
Limerick Live understands that a truck and trailer carrying sheep had broken down and the road was closed to allow for the animals to be transferred to another trailer.
Traffic is now busy in Limerick city and the surrounding areas.
