Fixtures released for opening two rounds of Limerick Club Football Championships

LIMERICK GAA have released the opening two rounds of fixtures in the Limerick club football championship. These fixtures are
dependent on the progress of the Limerick Senior Football team in the Tailteann Cup.

There are twelve teams competing in the Senior Football Championship.

Group one consists of Monaleen, Rathkeale, Oola, Na Piarsaigh, Adare and Fr Casey's. Group two consists of St Kieran's, Galtee Gaels, Kildimo-Pallaskenry, Ballylanders, Newcastle West and Mungret St Paul's. 

Round one of the senior football championship takes place on June 20/21. 

On Friday June 20, last year's senior quarter-finalists take on Oola in Caherconlish at 7pm.

Intermediate county champions Rathkeale make their return to the Senior Football Championship against Monaleen on Saturday June 21 in Clarina at 7pm. Adare and Fr Casey's meet in a repeat of last year's county final on the same day at 4pm in Newcastle West. 

In group two, 2023 county champions Newcastle West face county semi-finalists Mungret St Paul's in Adare on Friday June 20 at 7pm. Kildimo-Pallaskenry take on Ballylanders on Saturday June 21 at 7pm in Kilmallock. St Kieran's face Galtee Gaels at 5pm in Ballyagran on the same day. 

Round two of the senior football championship takes place on Friday June 27 and Saturday June 28.
