TODAY is the final day for voting in the Etihad Airways competition that could see Limerick’s Na Piarsaigh GAA club win a prize fund of €10,000 in.
The winning club will receive an immediate sponsorship fund of €10,000 to use however they see fit, plus a full package of support tools and appearances to access throughout the year, including free Etihad flights, All-Ireland final tickets, mentoring with Nicky English and a motivational talk from ex-Ireland rugby international Conor O’Shea.
To vote the public need to visit www.etihadgaa.ie - the closing date for votes is Monday March 25.
This vote, along with the views of a panel of judges consisting of Nicky English, Des Cahill and Mícheál Ó Muircheartaigh, will decide which club comes away with the ultimate sponsorship package.
The four short listed clubs are Na Piarsaigh, Blackrock (Cork), St Judes (Dublin) and Kilanerin (Wexford).
Etihad Airways, the UAE’s national airline and sponsor of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship, has confirmed Na Piarsaigh in the four short listed clubs in the search to reward one with the ultimate prize, a year’s sponsorship package with the Abu Dhabi-based airline.
