GAA fans are in for a busy weekend with 18 live championship games available on TV or stream.

TG4 will stage a host of minor, U20 and LGFA games on their Player, YouTube and TV, while subscribers to GAAGO have four games, Clubber has three games apiece, and RTE has a Munster hurling championship double-header on Sunday.

The race to the knock-out stages of the GAA football All-Ireland championship begins this Saturday with the first four round robin games on the schedule. They feature three Munster counties (Clare, Cork, Kerry), three from Ulster (Cavan, Derry, Monaghan) and two from Connacht (Galway, Mayo).

On the hurling front, the Leinster and Munster championships are heading for tense closing rounds. As both championships head towards the closing rounds, it’s all to play for in the battle to reach the respective finals or finish third, which also carries All-Ireland qualification.

Leinster stage three games over the weekend with Munster offering two blockbuster contests between Clare and Waterford and Tipperary and Cork.
