Limerick manager John Kiely rings the changes for league semi-final with Tipperary

LIMERICK senior hurling manager John Kiely has made eight changes to his starting lineup for Saturday's Allianz Hurling League semi-final with Tipperary at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.

The team shows changes in each line with the likes of Sean Finn, Barry Nash, William O'Donoghue and Peter Casey all returning to the team.

Nickie Quaid lines up behind the 2022 All-Ireland winning full back line of Finn, Mike Casey and Nash. Colin Coughlan comes in at left half back alongside captain Declan Hannon and Diarmaid Byrnes.

O'Donoghue renews his midfield partnership with Darragh O'Donovan, with Cathal O'Neill and Tom Morrissey flanking Cian Lynch in the half forward line.

Peter Casey is named at full forward. Aaron Gillane and Donnacha Ó Dálaigh are in the corner forward positions for the game which has a 7.30pm start at the Ennis Road venue.
