CASTLETROY College suffered an extra-time loss to Hamilton Highschool Bandon in the U19 Munster 'B' Hurling Final in Kildorrery on Tuesday.
The Limerick school, aided by a strong breeze, had a one-point half-time advantage but Bandon fought back to lead by four in the final stages.
However, Castletroy fought back with Robert O'Farrell's free forcing extra-time but a Michéal Maguire goal in extra time saw the Cork school to victory.
Limerick Leader / Limerick Live photographer Brendan Gleeson was in Kildorrery to capture all the colour and action of the day as Castletroy lost on a 3-12 to 0-20 scoreline.
