PATRICKSWELL GAA have confirmed that former Kilkenny star Michael Fennelly will be involved in their senior management team for the 2023 season.
Tipperary man Eamonn Kelly, a former Offaly and Laois boss, will manage the team, while Fennelly will take on the role of performance coach with the 20 times Limerick senior champions.
John Connors will take over the positions of Strength and Conditioning coach and hurling coach. Patrickswell's own Damian Gillane is also on board as a selector. Patrickswell also confirmed that they hope to further add to the management team in the near future.
Kelly has a strong record in both club and inter-county management and also had an advisory role to Monaleen manager Eoin Brislane during their Premier IHC and All-Ireland Club Intermediate wins.

Fennelly won five All-Ireland's during his playing career and most recently was involved with Offaly as their manager for two years. He announced his exit from that job last July.
Patrickswell reached the quarter-final of the 2022 Limerick SHC but surprisingly lost out to South Liberties in that game. They last won the Daly Cup in 2019 and lost in the 2021 decider to Kilmallock.
