The death has occurred of Nora Smith (née Fitzgerald) of Killure, Waterford. Formerly of Kilcornan, Limerick.

Removal from Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home, Johnstown, Waterford at 5pm this Saturday to The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly.

Requiem Mass on Sunday (February 3) at 3pm with burial afterwards in St. Otteran’s Cemetery, Ballinaneeshagh.

Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to The Carers Association, Waterford.

The death has occurred (at St Ita’s Hospital, NCW) of Peg Heffernan of Old Road, Rathkeale, Limerick.

Survived by niece Mary, the Doody family, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Magner's Funeral Home, Rathkeale this Saturday from 6pm to 7pm.

Funeral arriving at St. Mary's Church, Rathkeale on Sunday for Requiem Mass at 1pm.

Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

The death has occurred of Mary Gallagher (née Hayes) of St. Jude's Avenue, Ballysimon Road, Limerick. Formerly of Griffin's Cross Fedamore.

Wife of the late Frank. Deeply regretted by nephews, nieces and extended family, all other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Sunday at Cross' Funeral Home Gerald Street, from 4pm to 5pm followed by removal to St. Brigid's Church, St. Patrick's Road.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am. Funeral afterwards to Rochestown Cemetery.

 

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Dee of Fair Green, Ferbane, Offaly. Formerly of Murroe, County Limerick.

Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving wife Catherine; his sons Cornelius, James and Philip; daughter Linda, his step-family George, John and Shane, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, in-laws, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Ferbane Nursing Home on Sunday (February 3) from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Private cremation will take place on Monday (February 4).

 

The death has occurred (peacefully at the Ennis Road Care Facility) of Philomena (Phil) Corrigan (née Gilligan) of Raheen, Limerick. Formerly of Gort, Galway and late of of Keating, Connolly, Sellors Solicitors.

Beloved wife of the late Lt. Col. John Corrigan, Rt'd. Loved mother of Robbie, Ríona, Vicky and Nick.

Sadly missed by her loving son-in-law Peter and Vicky’s partner Tony; daughter-in-law Emma, grandchildren Nicola and Owen, sister Emily, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Sunday from 4.30pm to 6pm followed by removal to Raheen Church.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in Castlemungret Cemetery.

The death has occurred (unexpectedly) of Marie Begley (née Leo) of Bridge Street, Newcastle West.

Beloved wife of the late Jim and loving mother of Nigel, Louise (Crimmins) and Yvonne (Meredith).

The death has occurred (peacefully) of Kevin Reidy of Kilfergus, Glin. Formerly of Cree, County Clare.

The death has occurred (peacefully at Milford Care Centre) of William (Billy) O'Halloran of Pearse Avenue, Janesboro, Limerick.

Father of the late Patrick and Lavinia.

The death has occurred (unexpectedly) of Eddie McCoy of ‘Suncroft’, Glenconnor, Clonmel, Tipperary. Formerly of Kilmeedy, Limerick.

Pre-deceased by his brothers Bill and Danny and his grand-daughter Natalie. Sadly missed by his loving wife Margaret; sons Andrew and Paul; daughters Margaret (Duffy), and Oonagh (Quinn); brothers Paddy and Michael, sister Mary (O’Gorman), grandchildren Taylor, Mikaela, Dylan, Alana, Nathan and Alisha; sons-in-law Pat and Richard; daughters-in-law Maria and Tina, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

 

The death has occurred (at St Catherine's Nursing Home, Newcastle West) of Nancy Downes (née Naughton) of Dromlohan, Kilcornan.

Predeceased by her husband John. Deeply regretted by her sons Alan, Dermot and David, daughters-in-law Gillian, Sinéad and Ulrika, grandchildren, great-grandchild, sister Mary Mann, brother-in-law Tom Downes, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends.
