Deaths in Limerick - May 12, 2018

The death has occurred of Gretta Liston (née Hayes), Castleview, Newcastle West, Co. Limerick, formerly of Kennedy Park, Limerick and Listowel, Co. Kerry, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at University Hospital Limerick.

Beloved wife of Tony, dearly loved mother of Jessica and cherished grandmother of Leah and Ronan. Sadly missed by her loving brothers, sisters, stepchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. May she rest in peace. 

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street this Sunday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Monday to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Janesboro, Limerick for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by Cremation Service at Shannon Crematorium at 1pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Limerick Animal Welfare.

The death has occurred of Caroline Meade, Galtee Close, Caherdavin.

Deeply regretted by her loving son Andrew, mother Elizabeth, sister Geraldine, niece Amber, uncles Gerrard and Paddy, all other relatives and friends.

Reposing Monday at Cross's Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, from 4.30pm to 6pm, followed by removal to Christ the King Church, Caherdavin. Requiem Mass Tuesday at 11.30am. Funeral afterwards to Mt. St. Oliver Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Mary O'Toole-Ridgway, Luxembourg and previously Beechwood, Castletroy, Limerick.

Fondly remembered, always joyful, always laughing, forever in our hearts. Children Sarah and Jack, husband Alan, father Charlie, sister Anne, brother Cathal, brother-in-law, sisters–in-law.

The death has occurred of Bridget (Bridie) Treacy (née O'Brien), Ballinanima, Kilfinane, Limerick, late of Lough Lea, Buttervant. 

Peacefully at her residence. Very deeply regretted by her loving husband Padjoe sons Seamus, John and Pat, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law Billy, sisters and brothers, grandchildren, great grandchild, aunt Lissie, nephews, nieces, relatives and kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at John McCarthy & sons Funeral Home Kilfinane this Sunday evening from 6-8 with removal to St. Andrews church Kilfinane. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in the Kilfinane old cemetery.
