THE death has occurred of Gerard (Ger) Ahern, Roo West, Ardnacrusha, late of the Dagger's Golf Society and 25th Limerick Scout Group, peacefully at University Hospital Limerick.

Deeply regretted by his wife Eleanor, sons Dean & Adam, daughters Erin & Dearbhla, brothers James & Dave, sisters Majella & Madeline, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family circle & friends.

Reposing at Cross’ Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Thursday (May 3rd) from 5.30pm followed by removal at 7.15pm to St. Nicholas’ Church, Westbury. Requiem Mass Friday (May 4th) at 12 noon followed by Cremation Service in Shannon Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Nancy (Ann) Bourke, Cragbeg, Clarina.

Deeply regretted by her loving family and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph's Church, Ballybrown Thursday, from 7pm to 8.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 11.30am. Burial afterwards at the new Mungret Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Gerard Canning, late of Limerick and Galway. 

Survived by his son Paul, brother Ray, Patricia (Pat), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at St. Joseph's Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan from 2pm to 3pm on Thursday followed by removal to Mungret Church, Limerick for Requiem Mass at 7.30pm. Cremation on Friday morning at 11am at Shannon Crematorium.

The death has occurred of Patrick Feury, Glenagragra, Glin, peacefully with his family at University Hospital, Tralee and formerly in the loving care of Lystoll Nursing Home, Listowel. 

Predeceased by his brother Michael, and parents John and Mary. Deeply regretted by his loving brothers Tom, John and Richard, sisters Mary and Joan; sisters-in-law Margaret and Noreen, brothers-in-law Billy and Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Healy's Funeral Home, Glin Thursday, May 3 from 5.30pm with removal to The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Glin at 8.00pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Friday at 12.30pm followed by burial in Kilfergus Cemetery, Glin.

The death has occurred of Dan Meskill, Cork and formerly of Ardpatrick, peacefully, in his 95th year, in the wonderful care of the exceptional staff of St. Elizabeth’s Ward, St. Finbarr’s Hospital, DAN (Peace Commissioner and late of McKenzies/Atkins).

Beloved husband of the recently deceased Maura (née McNamara) and devoted father of Don and Jim.

Deeply regretted by his loving sons, daughter-in-law Nora, adored grandsons Jamie, Dan and Seán, nephew, relatives and friends. Rosary at 7.00pm (Thursday) evening in St. Finbarr’s Hospital Chapel, Douglas Road. Requiem Mass at 11.00am on (Friday). Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Sister Mary Williams, Catherine McAuley House, Limerick, and late of Kilrush, Co. Clare, peacefully in the loving care of the community and staff of Catherine McAuley House.

Deeply regretted by the Sisters of Mercy, her nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Mount St. Vincent Convent, O’Connell Avenue on Thursday (May 3rd) from 4pm with Prayers at 7pm. Funeral Arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Athlunkard Street on Friday (May 4th) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Convent Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Joan Horgan, Kilbreedy, Bruree, peacefully at Limerick University Hospital Limerick.

Beloved sister of Susan and the late Tom and Jerry. Deeply regretted by her loving sister, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Hawe's Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6.30pm with removal at 8pm to St Munchin's Church, Rockhill. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Athlacca Cemetery.
