The death has occurred (peacefully at UHL) of John Cusack of Thomastown, Kilmallock, County Limerick. Late of Ballyagran, Limerick and Charleville, Cork.

Father of the late Vincent, Frank, Denis and John (Bawn). Deeply regretted by his wife Julia (nee O’Grady), daughters Rose (Twomey) and Jacinta (Khan), son Patsy, Godson Kevin, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at O’Malley’s Funeral Home, Charleville on Saturday (April 20) from 6pm with removal at 7.30 pm to Garrienderk Church.

Funeral on Sunday after 12.30pm Mass to Holy Cross Cemetery, Charleville.


The death has occurred (unexpectedly) of Catherine (Kitty) O’Leary (née Barry) of Merval Drive, Clareview, Limerick. Late Staff Nurse, St Camillus Hospital, formerly of Glanworth, Fermoy, County. Cork.

Beloved wife of the late Micheál and dearly loved mother of Gerardine (Hyland), Barry, Kevin and Paul.

Sadly missed by her son-in-law Ray, daughters-in-law Laurie, Miriam, Lynn; grandchildren David, Elaine, Mark, Brian, Michael, Louise, Karen and Peter, great grandson Ollie and all other relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street this Sunday evening from 5pm to 7pm followed by Our Lady of Rosary Church, Ennis Road.

Requiem Mass on Monday at 11am with burial afterwards in Old Rath Cemetery, Tralee, Co, Kerry. Arriving at 2pm.

The death has occurred (peacefully at peacefully) at St. Vincent’s University Hospital) of Mary Costelloe (née Ruddle) of Stillorgan, Dublin. Late of Limerick.

Beloved wife of the late Patrick and loving mother of Tom, Pat and James. Sadly missed by her family, daughter-in-law Evelyn, grandchildren Cara and Mary Pamela, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum this Friday (April 20) from 3pm to 5pm.

Funeral Mass on Saturday (April 21) at 10am in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion, Dublin, followed by burial at Kilmacow Cemetery, Kilfinny, Adare, County Limerick (arriving at 3pm approx).


The death has occurred (peacefully at Killeline Nursing Home, Newcastlewest) of John Hennessy of Ballyhahill, Ballingarry, County Limerick.

Survived by his loving wife Bridget (nee O'Sullivan); sons Pa, Dan and Kieran; daughter Noelle; daughters-in-law Diane and Jo; grandchildren Emma, Oisín and Cara; brother Mike, sister Mary and all other relatives and many friends.

Reposing at O'Grady's Funeral Home, Ballingarry, on Saturday (April 21) from 6pm with removal at 8pm to St Mary's Church, Clouncagh.

Requiem Mass on Sunday (April 22), at 1pm with Burial afterwards in Old Cemetery, Clouncagh.

Pre-deceased by his brother Pat. He will be sadly missed by Janet, Lisa, Theresa, Alan and Lilly, sisters Mary and Biddy, brothers Eddie and Denis, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Removal on Saturday to arrive at St. Andrews Church, Kilfinane for funeral mass at 3:30pm. Burial afterwards in local cemetery.

Beloved eldest daughter of Tommie and Finola and much loved sister of Sarah and Tom. Deeply regretted by her grandmother Nancy, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Sunday (April 22) from 5.30pm. Removal at 7pm to St. Brigid’s Church, St. Patrick’s Road.
