The death has occurred (peacefully at home) of Michael Sheedy of Thomastown, Kilfinane.

Deeply regretted by loving wife Kathleen (nee McGrath); son Thomas; daughter Geraldine (Hennessey of Raheen), daughter-in-law and son-in-law, grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at John McCarthy and Sons Funeral Home, Kilfinane this Thursday evening (April 19) from 6pm to 8pm with removal to St Andrews Church, Kilfinane.

Requiem Mass on Friday at 11am with burial in Kildorrery cemetery.

 

The death has occurred (suddenly) of Stuart Byrne of Lenihan Avenue, Prospect. Late of McMahon's Builders Providers and Banta Global Turnkey.

Beloved son of Monica and the late Michael. Deeply regretted by his mother; brothers Michael and John; sisters Margaret amd Andrea, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family circle and friends.

Reposing at Cross' Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street on Thursday (April 19) from 6pm followed by removal at 7.30pm to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Childers Road.

Requiem Mass on Friday (April 20) at 11am with burial afterwards at Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.

 

The death has occurred (peacefully at UHL) of Jerry Curtin of Ardbohill, Rathkeale, County Limerick.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Pat; sons Derek and David; daughters Suzanne (McInerney) and Gillian (Carroll); grandchildren Darragh, Kate, Shane, Daniel, Grace and Laura; sons-in-law, Breen and Michael; daughter-in-law Karen, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Magner's Funeral Home, Rathkeale this Wednesday from 6pm followed by removal at 8pm to St. Mary's Church, Rathkeale.

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 2pm with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetary.

The death has occurred (peacefully at UHL) of Bridget Mary Hine of Brid Les Cottage, Castletown, Pallaskenry.

Survived by her husband Les, family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Downey's Funeral Home, Pallaskenry this Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm, followed by Removal to St. John the Baptist Church, Kilcornan.

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Kilcornan Cemetery. 

 

The death has occurred (unexpectedly) of Billy O’Brien of Bridge Street, Abbeyfeale. Formerly of Knocklishen, Rathvilly, County Carlow.

Deeply regretted by his wife Eileen; daughters Lee and Julie; son-in-law Tim Collins; grandsons Gearóid and Tiernan, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Removal on Friday to The Church of The Assumption, Abbeyfeale –  arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial immediately afterwards to Rathvilly Graveyard, County Carlow (arriving at 3.30pm approx).
