The death has occurred of Jimmy O'Grady, of Flemingstown, Kilmallock

On March 5, 2018, very peacefully in the tender and loving care of the Matron and Staff of Beech Lodge Nursing Home Bruree, Jimmy. Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Jo, daughters Caroline, Annie and Helen, son Charlie, sons-in-law Dermot, Alan and Kenny, brother Charles, sister Peggy (Murnane), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May he rest in peace.

Reposing this Monday evening from 6.00pm at Daffy's Funeral Home, Kilmallock with removal at 8.00pm to St. Mary's Church, Ballingaddy. Funeral Tuesday after 12.00 noon Requiem Mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

The death has occurred of John Ahern, of St. Jude’s Avenue, Ballysimon Road, Limerick City

Late of Dell. On March 7, peacefully at Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home. Beloved son of the late Evelyn and Tim, dearly loved brother of Margaret, Patrick, Stephen, Tim and Jim. Deeply regretted by Anita, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours Dermot and Mary McInerney and good friends Audrey and Eoin Ellis. Rest in peace. Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Thomas Street, this Sunday from 4.30pm to 6.00pm, followed by removal to St. Brigid’s Church. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11.00am followed by burial at Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.

 

The death has occurred of Nora Coleman, of Knockanerra, Murroe, Limerick

On March 8, 2018, peacefully in the tender care of Millbrae Lodge Nursing Home, Newport. Predeceased by her sister Bridie and brother-in-law Paddy Doyle of Bishopswood, Dundrum and Tipperary Town. Deeply regretted by her cousins, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at her home from 4pm to 8pm Friday evening, with removal to the Church of the Holy Rosary, Murroe at 8 pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 11.30 am with burial afterwards in Abington Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers to the National Council for The Blind.

 

The death has occurred of Seamus Corbett, of Moynoe, Scariff, Clare / Croagh, Limerick

At Adare and District Nursing Home, Croagh, Co. Limerick. Husband of Franci. Lovingly remembered by his wife, sons Sean, Killian and Ronan; sisters Teresa, Marie and Angela, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at his residence Friday, from 1pm with removal to Church of the Sacred Heart, Scarriff at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday 11am. Burial afterwards in the Old Cemetery, Moynoe.

The death has occurred of Margaret Edwards, of St. Kevin's Square, Bray, Wicklow / Ballynanty, Limerick

On March 7. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Roseville Nursing Home, Bray. Sadly missed by her sister Nancy (Kelly) nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Thomas Murphy and Sons Funeral Home, Boghall Road, Bray from 4pm on Friday, 9 March, with removal at 5.10pm to the Church of The Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray arriving at 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday morning at 10am followed by interment in Springfield Cemetery, Killarney Road, Bray.

 

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Finn, of Knockainey Hill, Hospital, Limerick

Survived by wife Breda, daughters Margaret, Lisa, Helen and Carol, brother John, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.

The death has occurred of Irene McGuinness (née Collins), of Lawndale Drive, Dooradoyle, Limerick

On March 8, 2018, peacefully at Milford Care Centre. Beloved wife of Bernard. Dearly loved mother of Bryan, Kevin and Karen, sister of the late Mavis (Sr. Mary).

Sadly missed by her daughter-in-law Aoife, grandchildren Odran, Oisin and Eabha, brother Joe, sister Sheila, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Rest in peace.

Arriving at St Paul’s Church, Dooradoyle on Friday evening at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12.30pm followed by cremation service at Shannon Crematorium at 2pm.

Margaret died peacefully at Milford Hospice. Formerly of Ahane, Knocknagoshel, Co. Kerry. Seán (Jackie) was predeceased by his brothers Jim and Mick and his sister Áine. He will be sadly missed by Úna Greene and Norma Dalton, his nieces, nephew, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.
